The kale salad for those who don't love kale!
Ingredients
For the salad:
1 c Kale
3/4 c Red cabbage
1/4 c Snap peas or snow peas
1/2 a bell pepper
1/8 c Mint
1/8 c Cilantro
1/8 c Parsley
1/4 c Scallions
1/8 c Basil
1/4 c peanuts
1/4 c Hemp seeds
1/8 c Finely chopped parmesan
black pepper
Dressing:
1 tbs Worcestershire
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs liquid aminos
1/8 c sesame oil
4 tbs lime juice
2 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs acv
Black pepper
2 tbs chili oil
2 tbs peanut oil
2 tbs mustard
2 tbs minced garlic
1/4 tbs minced ginger
3 tbs honey
Chop up the kale, cabbage, bell pepper and herbs very finely.
Add all of the ingredients together to make the dressing. Mix the salad with the dressing. Then add the peanuts, hemp seeds, parmesan, and black pepper to the salad and mix again.
